Me and my sister Lucille share many very special moments together. For the most part, we shared our formative years.Yes I entered a story last night telling about how she contributed to my social being. When we moved to the projects, I slipped and fell, and burst my head open, while roping Telela's and Marilyn Thomas' legs while they swung. I was bleeding so bad that it appeared I wasn't gonna make it - mind you, I hadn't even begun kidergarten at the time - my big sister grabbed and was hugging me so tight there was no need for a turnique. It was hard for the EMT's to get me loose from her embracing arms - I'm reminded of how God embraces us and won't let go as I contemplate the grasp of love and care she had me in, as she was crying her heart out. She wouldn't permit anybody to touch me at that moment. Our lives hasn't always been ideal, and I certainly haven't always been a good guy, but it didn't matter, she loved me unconditionally and without reservation! As siblings, we had a bond beyond measure and the struggles in our lives made us stronger and more resilient. Although she displayed some stoic traits, she really had a tender, loving, kind, and God fearing heart! Red used to tell me, "Brother it's not what you do, but how you do it." I just want to tell my sister someday we'll together. Tell the pioneers of our family, when you get there, I'm gonna be the best patriarch that I can be, and will lead with humility, grace, integrity, and love. I love you eternally, with all my might, heart, and mighty soul. Your Brother, Lieutenant

Look for me in Rainbows Time for me to go now, I won't say goodbye; Look for me in rainbows, way up in the sky. In the morning sunrise when all the world is new, Just look for me and love me, as you know I loved you. Time for me to leave you, I won't say goodbye; Look for me in rainbows, high up in the sky. In the evening sunset, when all the world is through, Just look for me and love me, and I'll be close to you. It won't be forever, the day will come and then My loving arms will hold you, when we meet again. Time for us to part now, we won't say goodbye; Look for me in rainbows, shining in the sky. Every waking moment, and all your whole life through Just look for me and love me, as you know I loved you. To The Family of Mary Lucille O ’Bryant- Swift August 24, 2016 We love you and are praying for you. Marlean, Ronald & Brandon Dorsey
