Obituary of Edward Jerome Mitchell

The sun rose on the life of Mr. Edward Jerome Mitchell, Jr. "Full G" on June 13, 1979 in Denver, Colorado when he was born to Edward Jerome Mitchell, Sr. and Carline Louise Taylor. The fourth of ten children, he had five brothers, Marshall, JD, Ramone, Kijuan and Clifford, Jr. and four sisters, Starletta, Darkina, Katina and Talise. Educated in the public school system, he attended Montbello High School in Denver. Edward was the loving father of two sons, Mistah (son of Rayna Mason) and Dakodis (son of Domeisha Mosley). They remember spending time with him and loved him dearly. A hard worker, Edward was employed with Sonic Drive In in the position of a cook. He was known for dependability and excellence in his work. His co-workers enjoyed working with him. In his free time, Edward enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. His favorite color was blue. His love, kindness and beautiful smile will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have shared a part of his life. To know Edward was to love him. The sun set on the life of Mr. Edward Jerome Mitchell, Jr. on September 29, 2016. He is preceded in death by his father, brother, Ramone and sister, Talise. Those left to cherish his memory include his sons, Mistah Mitchell and Dakodis Mitchell, both of Denver, CO; mother, Carline L. (Clifford) Taylor, Sr. of Aurora, CO; brothers, Marshall Laws, James Laws, Clifford Taylor, Jr. and Kijuan Taylor, all of Denver, CO; sisters, Starletta Yeager of Atlanta, GA, Darkina Taylor of Denver, CO and Katina Coulter of Oklahoma City, OK; grandmother, Jewel Wooten, of Denver, CO; god parents, Margo and Harold Richardson, also of Denver, CO; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends.
