Obituary of Jimmy Ray Lottie

The sun rose on the life of Mr. Jimmie Ray Lottie on March 19, 1952 in Pixley, California when he was born to Stephaney and Flossie Williams. The youngest child in the family, Jimmy (as he was known) had six brothers, Amos, Paul, Windell, Martin, Sanjuan and Thomas and three sisters, Lersa Mae, Linda Faye and Della Mae. As a child, Jimmy was well known for his love of bicycles and his karate. He had his own bicycle shop! Educated in the public school system, Jimmy graduated from Northeast High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jimmy was first united in marriage with Wynetta Lottie.
To this union was born on child, Jimmisha. Jimmy was also the father of Jasmine, Tanisha, Markita, Howell and Jimmie. The marriage was later dissolved. On June 9, 2016, Jimmy was united in marriage with Paula whom he met in Oakland, California. The couple exchanged their vows in Oklahoma City. The couple sometimes would talk for hours. They had a very unique relationship. Jimmy's grandchildren and great grandchildren, Zameer, AsiJai, Dreshawn, Gregory, Caleb, Isaiah, Jada, Elijah, Alexander and Nahara all called him "Grandpa" and he loved them dearly.
By profession, Jimmy was a handyman. He was self employed and managed to be the general handyman to many people. He was known for good work, honest dealings and dependability. In his free time, Jimmy enjoyed family, friends and motorcycles. His best friend was his cousin, Bobby Lee. One of Jimmy's most used expressions was, "Never let your right hand know what your left hand is doing." His favorite color was brown and he most enjoyed listening to old school music. Jimmy's love, beautiful smile and helpfulness will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. To know Jimmy was to love him.
The sun set on the life of Mr. Jimmie "Jimmy" Ray Lottie on November 23, 2017 when he passed into eternal rest. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, children, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
