Teddy Forney born 7/5/1955 and passed away on April 4th 2020 Born to Theodore R Forney and Virginia J Susong-Forney in Elizabethton, Tennessee Teddy grew up in Des Moines, IA where he attended Grant Elementary School, Callahan Jr. High and Tech High School. Teddy leaves behind one daughter, Monique Clark-Tony Clark, grand-daughter Teri Clark Mother Virginia Pearson, Brother Kelvin Pearson, Sister Gina Pearson, Sister Janice Forney, Sister Tammy Adams, and Sister Diane & Ronnie Smith Other family members Isabelle Mayfield, Ashanti Mayfield, and Juanita Hewitt Those gone before Teddy is Father Theodore Forney, and brother Robbie Pearson After High School, Teddy went to work in different industries and was a very hard worker. Places he worked was Bone & Joint Hospital and St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City He move from Iowa, to Oklahoma City where he had his daughter with Isabelle Mayfield. Teddy moved to Oakland CA, then on to Atlanta GA before making Denver, CO his final destitution residence. Teddy was a quite man, with very little to say, he enjoyed spending time with his family and when he was younger he like to go fishing and ride on a boat. He will missed and loved by all who knew him.
