To Tommy, Alexis, and Roberta, On behalf of the family of Michael A. Grissom, we would like to extend our condolences and prayers of comfort with you and your family at this time of bereavement. Ed was like a brother to my dad Michael “Poppa”. We would often kid around and talk about how much they (Ed and Poppa) reminded us of the characters Ray and Claude portrayed by Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence in the movie “Life”. There was never a dull moment when those two were around one another. We’re going to miss seeing him walking around barefoot. We’re grateful for the moments he shared with our family. May God comfort you with love and peace.
