We went to visit dad because as everyone knows the kids have to make sure "people are who you say they are". This was his first time meeting his granddad, and he was surprised how simply dad lived. He had an 8 track tape player, "What's that and it plays music?", No big screen tv, "He doesn't have a remote?", and he used public transportation, "You mean he doesn't drive a car?" Yes!!!!! No to all. A very simple man living in a complex world was my dad and I loved him dearly. When we posed for the photo I told Christopher "See, you're mine and he's mine." Me and Mine
