Although my interaction with Shanta was very brief, it didn't take but an instant to see her kindness and passion to help others succeed. From my first day at the ticket office, she was always very positive, engaging and patient. She touched my heart...whenever I work I will try to change the background of my computer to match my outfit...just like Shanta. Rest in peace sweet woman.
