To the Fisher Family,
I worked with Jim at HUD. Jim was a kind hearted and honest man who loved his family. I spoke with him not long ago and we were updating each other about our children. I am so sorry about the loss of this caring and compassionate man for our community. Jim was concerned about the community. Dora D.
