Willie was one of the most positive, uplifting, and encouraging persons I have ever met. I witnessed him always expressing a sincere interest in the well-being of everyone he had the opportunity to come in contact with. He showed genuine love, care and concern for all. Rest in heaven Willie and thank you for all the blessings you poured upon me and my family!
