You’re in a place without time, probably already reunited. So you aren’t feeling the same loss as the rest of us. This is a photo of Austin in first grade. I was a teacher at the school Austin and his sister Amber attend for elementary school. I am so sorry for this loss. As a teacher this is very hard. Austin had the most beautiful eyes and that smile! You are in my thoughts and prayers!

Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Austin?
A: Austin was always quiet and shy. He has the most gorgeous smile! My last time seeing him and his siblings - I looked up and he was almost as tall as me! We spoke about going to high school. Austin will always be remembered as the quiet, respectful young man in the room. His smile will forever be in my heart.
