Ashlee Ann White Obituary

Ashlee Ann White, born September 20, 1991, to the late Kathryn Ann White and Lee Allen Williams, passed away on August 28,2024, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and culinary creativity. Ashlee, the youngest of six siblings, grew up in the Park Hill neighborhood, where she was a student in Denver Public Schools and a cherished member of Park Hill United Methodist Church, where she was baptized.

A spirited and adventurous soul, Ashlee embraced life with boundless curiosity. Her passion for cooking led her to explore Mexican and soul food, delighting in experimenting with spices and perfecting recipes she learned from her mother. Her culinary journey inspired her to pursue classes in the culinary arts, and she took great pride in her ability to create dishes like eggs Benedict. Her warmth and enthusiasm extended beyond the kitchen, as she made friends wherever she went with her big personality, infectious laughter, and love for celebration.

Ashlee was an East Angel. She found beauty in everything, with a special fondness for the color red and roses. Her love for self-expression was evident in her hair and makeup, always experimenting with new styles and looks.

Her passions extended to journaling, reading her Bible, listening to music, and watching scary movies.

In 2012, Ashlee's life was further blessed with the arrival of her beloved daughter, Noelle Monae White (Ibrahim Coulibaly). Two years later, in 2014, she joyfully welcomed her son, Dametrious Allen Wilson (Anthony Wilson). She also cherished her role as an aunt, always arriving with a smile and thoughtful gifts for her nieces and nephews.

Ashlee is preceded in death by her mother Kathryn White, her father Lee Williams, and her son Dametrious Wilson. She leaves behind her cherished daughter Noelle White; her siblings Cynthia White, Candance White, Lea Singh, Lynnice Champion, Welton Williams, and Marlon Walker; her grandmother Claudine Holmes, her Aunt Barbara White her nieces Tyme White and Kennedi Kenyatta; her nephews DJ Kenyatta and Akaash Singh, her cousins Tavanya White, Damon White and Lateef White-Muhammad; as well as numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Ashlee's presence will be deeply missed on Earth, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the beauty and adventure she so dearly loved.
