To Carl, Lance Jermaine and the entire family. Gail was such an awesome woman of God who has truly been apart of our family. Lance and my brother the late Harold "HC" Cowans, grew up as brothers. If Lance wasn't at my mothers house, Harold was at his. I would always get on the two for always getting in trouble and Lance was like my little brother. I would get him too(Smile) But I will always cherish Gail in my heart as I celebrater her life. My mother passed away on April 15, 2012 and Gail was right there for my family.Gail has went home to be with the Lord on April 16, 2013, one year later and I will be here for the family!
