I am so sad to hear of Kelly's passing, but assured that she is in a better place. Kelly was to me like a super-hero in the world of FEMA. I could not have made it through my first couple of years without her constant help and her patience. She exhibited to me grace, kindness and expertise that I have yet to find in this agency. She was a beautiful person. My conolences to her family and friends. You must be proud to call her one of your own.

I am was shocked and sadden by the news of my dear friend and classmate passing away. I moved to Seoul Korea a few months ago and as I unpacked I came across the picture we took during prom night in the late 70s and I thought I would share it. Kelly will be missed.
