Obituary of Tashana Hildreth

February 20th 1989, was a day that would change the life of Clarissa Hildreth as she knew it. Clarissa gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named TaShana Nasha Hildreth who was called "Nona" from that very day. TaShana was a peaceful, happy, and loving baby, ultimately making it a pleasure for her mother and close family members to take care of her. For the majority of her childhood, TaShana resided in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her mother and younger sister Shanice. While living in Colorado Springs she grew up and bonded with her many cousins: Kenneth, Shawn, Isaiah, Andre, Brittney, Mar'layza, Brea, Jermaine, Natasha, Quentin II, and LaShaundra to name a few. Countless memories with her cousins were shared and continued into adulthood. After moving to Aurora, Colorado, Clarissa met Frank Street. Frankie became the most influential male figure in the girls' lives and raised them as his own children, along with his son, Martese Street. A few years later the family welcomed baby brother, Da'Vonte, nearly making the family complete. It was no question that the school life was not enough to challenge TaShana's free spirit. The days she actually got up for school were ones she spent goofing around with her future brother-in-law, Devin Murphy. They danced and held many rap battles where TaShana used the alias "Teezy F Baby". TaShana graduated from Eaglecrest High School in 2007. Between the years of 2007-2008, TaShana attended the Community College of Aurora. With every intention of graduating college one day, TaShana ventured on in life seeking ideas and making plans to open her own event planning business. TaShana's smile could light up a room and her laugh was contagious. She was vibrant and protective over her loved ones, nonetheless welcoming to those who meant well. She was very open and honest, forgiving and trustworthy. She had a knack for dramatics making everything as big as life. TaShana was called home February 12, 2014, at almost 25 years of age. She will be missed for all the electrifying love and personality she compelled everyone with. Those left behind to cherish her memory include her grandmother, Barbara Ann Hildreth; mother and best friend, Clarissa Hildreth; father, Frank Street; sister, Shanice Rogers; brothers: Da'Vonte Street, Martese Street, and Devin Murphy; aunt Connie Walker; uncle; Odell Walker; god-parents, Quentin Hildreth and Gwendolyn Morgan; along with a host of other relatives and friends..
