Daddy prayed, sang, and directed on Wed. night before he passed away. As Dorothy Whitaker, Sylvia Bookhardt, McKinley Taggart, my brother Greg and I prayed, and sang, daddy used his weak hand to direct us. When we stopped, he waved harder as to say....keep going, and we did. What an awesome time! We sang, I Will Rise Again, It Is Well, I Bowed On My Knees And Cried Holy, Amazing Grace, etc....what an awesome time, and what a mighty God we serve. So glad my daddy loved the Lord!!!! When he passed on Thursday night he was surrounded on every side with family.
I was so blessed to have him in our life for 47 years!!!!
