Obituary of Camille Harrell
Please share a memory of Camille to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
The sun rose on the life of Ms. Camille L. Harrell on June 30, 1985 in Jacksonville, Florida when she was born to Roosevelt Daniels and Cheryl Webb. The fourth of six children she had one brother, Shanetica and four sisters, Carmen, Chearia, Chanell and Catrina. As a child, she was tough, athletic and loving. A favorite childhood memory was, "We were playing with a bottle of Mrs. Butterworth's syrup faking like it was our award when Camille dropped it. Syrup was everywhere! We all got in trouble, but the memory always made us laugh." Camille was united in marriage with Johannan Barker. "It was and unconventional marriage. They loved each other in a way that only they could understand." A woman of faith, Camille was a member of New Nations under Pastor Porter. She was employed with the CDOT (Department of Transportation) in the position of traffic flagger. She was loved by her co-workers and supervisors for her free spirit and work ethic. In her free time, Camille enjoyed playing the game and spending time with her siblings and nieces and nephews, Carmen, Davonna, Reese, Calvay, Goldie and Jamar. They loved her for always being the protector of everyone and also the life of the party. Her favorite color was red. She liked black roses with red tips and she most enjoyed R&B and rap music. Her favorite recording artist was Drake. She often used the expression, "Ya made it up" and "That's wass up". Her sense of humor, love and joy in life will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to be a part of Camille's life. To know her was to love her. The sun set on the life of Ms. Camille L. Harrell on June 25, 2015 when the Lord called her home to eternal rest. Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Cheryl (Joe) Webb of Aurora, CO; brother, Shane Feemester of Denver, CO; sisters, Chanell Harrell of Aurora, CO, Catrina Harrell of Palm Beach, FL, Carmen Harrell of Denver, CO and Chearia Feemester of Aurora, CO; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Rest in peace...Camille
