Though my heart is heavy as I write these last words for a beautiful soul , I have inner peace because Mama Kodua graciously went through this life leaving unique footprints with us. As I teenager I always remember the vibrant and energetic way in which she will pick the bell and ring with smiles as the womens fellowship sang in church. Her dance moves were super :to the left, right, forward and backwards. I bet she will most likely be dancing to "Nabot,Nabot, fa wo bode turo no ma me...(1 Kings 21:2)". This is the women i have immortalised in my heart. Mama Kodua's smiles never waned and she kept beaming with light. Mama rest in perfect peace and keep the broad smile as you take your place amongst the host of angels. I will miss you dearly however like many others I am blessed to have another beautiful angel looking down on us/me. Fare thee well.

As the Methodist hymn says"it is well with my soul ".Yaa Grace as I affectionately call her is lying before us today. I met her over 25 years ago at Abelemkpe Presby church .she is been my advisor, helper and comforter.She is been a friend in need and a friend indeed. she is been there in all aspects of my life.words cannot express the vaccum created in my heart.I have lost my best friend . Asiwo, it was wonderful to visit as you always seemed full of joy and happiness. I always thought that is what it's like to live the good life. And it was only the other day that I dropped off your granddaughter and told you how she directed me all the way to your house. You looked on with pride at little Nadom and commented on how intelligent your grandaughter is. And now up above the clouds you sit with the angels. My memory with mrs kodua was when I was in Englebert with her daughter Yaa n son paa Kwasi she drops us at sch in the mornings den my dad picks us up sometimes .she was strict but such a loving woman.
