Earline passed peacefully from this life the evening of January 14th, 2021 after a gradual decline in health. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family during the last days of her life. She was born September 24th, 1943 in Ashdown, Arkansas to Erving Massey and Lena Mae Hooks. She lived most of her young life in Omaha, Nebraska. She moved to Denver, Colorado shortly after the birth of her youngest daughter, and remained there until her death. She was the second child of 11 children born in the family. Earline is survived by her husband Joseph A. Walker of 41 years; 7 sisters: Pearlie Curry, Blondie Belgrave, Eula Ladd, Gwendoline Wright, Dorothy Cotton, Kathy Nutt-Zellmer, Debra Eaton; 1 brother: Daniel Nutt; 5 daughters: Carla Massey, DeeAnna Palmer, Leslie Curry, Dana Evans; 1 son: Donovan Fletcher; 11 grandchildren: Tamara Massey, Shannette Robinson, Brittney Robinson, Terrill Robinson, Markida Massey, Shalon Massey, Marshae Palmer, Jorden Curry, Diondra Evans, Ruth Evans, Jaiden Fletcher; 7 great-grandchildren: Zuriyah Winston, Josiah Winston, Ari’Jaye Derritt, Agustin Manning, Oryan Manning, Aniyah Manning, Hayden Manning, and a host of other loving family members. Earline was preceded in death by her father Erving Massey; mother Lena Mae Nutt; brother John Otis Jr. Nutt, and sister Betty Gail Nutt.
